Introduction

This is very easy to use Floating with Video Template.

User experience

A user opens the webpage and sees a 320x100 floating HTML ad in the placement. The user can close the ad on “Close” button click. The ad accommodates a link to the predefined landing page.

How to setup

  1. In the Initial Settings step, name your banner, select Category as “Floating” and Format as “Floating Ad”. Select a Banner Batch from the drop-down menu.
  2. When it's done, click the Next button.
  3. In the next step, you are asked to select or upload assets. If you have previously uploaded the assets to the system, click the Select button and choose Banner source, i.e. select HTML File named HTML_Floating_with_video. Make sure that the clickTAG is present.

  4. Click the Next button.
  5. Adjust the Settings:
  6. When done, click the Save button in order to see the preview. If everything is fine, click the Submit button.

Additional info

NOTE: The format requires an additional script to be loaded before the tag. In order to do that, navigate to the Tags section in the Adform system. Select the needed tag and click the “JavaScript URLS” button. Paste in the following custom script URL and tick the “Load before banner” check-box.
